Question: Is the action in gold and the miners telling us the bear market after 4-years has finished?
Answer: I think that is what the bear market wants people to believe before it drops down into the 8-year cycle low later this year or in early 2017.
COMMENTARY: If the correction is over, then it will eventually be confirmed, and there will be plenty of time to make money over the next several years. I think this move is making people feel like their missing out on the bottom, and they are panicking to buy. I haven’t seen any evidence confirming this is more than just a sharp counter-trend rally. I still believe the presidential 8-year low will arrive just before or slightly after the November US Presidential election.
